1. Acceptance
Using infuzed.online means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Purchases are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale.
2. Intellectual property
Everything on this site — the Infuzed name and logo, product names, label artwork, photography, campaign imagery and video, text, design and code — is our property or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written consent. Automated scraping, bulk downloading and use of our content or product data to train or feed other systems is expressly prohibited.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at sales@infuzed.online if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms or for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
4. Reviews and submissions
Reviews must be your own honest experience, lawful, and free of offensive or misleading content. By submitting a review or other content you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and quote it (with your first name) on our site and marketing. We moderate reviews and may decline or remove any submission; we only publish genuine customer reviews and never edit their substance.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to breach the security of the site, probe or overload it, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity or age, or use the site to send spam. We log security events and will cooperate with lawful investigations.
6. Content and availability
We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but the site is provided "as is". Product imagery is styled photography; minor variations from the physical product (e.g. batch colour of natural ingredients) can occur and do not constitute a defect. Editorial content (including the Journal) is general wellness writing, not advice.
7. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the site, or content you submit — except to the extent a claim results from our own conduct.
8. General
South African law governs these terms. We may update them; the current version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
