A roller is the most portable ceremony we make. The secret is not just what you roll — it is where, and how you breathe afterwards.

The four points

Wrists — the classic. Roll, press wrists together gently, and lift them to your face as you inhale for four slow counts.

Temples — small circles, light pressure, eyes closed.

Behind the ears — the skin is thin and warm here; scent stays close all day.

The nape of the neck — best for the evening rollers, just before the pillow.

One breath, four counts

The roller opens the door; the breath walks through it. In for four, hold for two, out for six — three times. That is the whole ritual, and it fits inside any day.
